Confessions of an Accidental Therapist

Like you, I was supposed to get a good education, then a good job and marry someone that ticked all the boxes, but as I have come to learn (and love) about life – things do not always go as planned.

To understand why I was feeling anxious, overwhelmed, dissatisfied, and generally disconnected from a “purpose” in life, I started on my own path of self-discovery.

I began a life long love affair with meditation and mindfulness, a practice that allowed me to get to know myself on a deeper level.

Through a fortunate series of events, I landed face-to-face with my own therapist and it sent me on a journey of profound self-acceptance and healing (from the inside out).

In addition, it solidified it. It set me on my path to provide others with the gift of self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love.

Some call me the “Accidental Therapist” because before I went to therapy myself, I could never have imagined doing this work.

But now I don’t know how I could do anything else.

I am grateful every day for my clients’ courage, wisdom, and their ‘aha-moments’, which is when I know that our work has changed their lives forever.

I am here to serve you as it suits your needs, and help you create the life that you were meant to be living with

confidence, compassion and ease.

"You either take control of your life or it takes control of you. It’s that simple."

My Mission

Self-confidence is so important in how we feel about ourselves and the actions we take. It impacts every area of our lives from our relationships, to our careers, to our personal dreams and goals for the future. With over a decade of personal and professional experience, I have finally cracked the code on self-confidence.

Since then, it has been my mission to get self-confidence into the mind & body of as many young adults as possible because I truly believe that it is the ‘secret sauce’ of life.
